Premium Relationship Manager

Job Overview
The primary objective is to enhance and maintain a portfolio of esteemed Premium Segment relationships by fostering growth through a collaborative approach, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, tailored services and premium solutions that provide significant value.
Serve as a trusted consultant by gaining an in-depth understanding of the client's operations through consistent engagement at their business locations, adhering to segment value proposition standards. Act as a central advisory figure for clients, facilitating and expediting credit application processes efficiently. Expand and preserve a portfolio of high-value Premium Business Segment relationships by adopting a proactive, mobile, and value-adding financial partnership approach. Maintain a thorough understanding of the client's business through regular interactions, including visits to their operational sites. Ensure personalized attention is given to deliver a comprehensive range of customized financial solutions designed to meet the growth aspirations and potential of clients within the portfolio. Implement effective relationship management strategies aimed at maximizing client profitability and enhancing value to the bank by accurately evaluating the client's current and prospective financial status. Guarantee client satisfaction across the assigned portfolio through thorough needs assessments and solution-oriented outcomes. Utilize client value chain analysis to identify customer needs and deploy appropriate banking and financial solutions. Conduct complex financial analyses on annual financial statements, management accounts, and cash flow forecasts. Prepare and advocate for agricultural and business finance applications, successfully presenting cases to relevant lending committees. Oversee the credit process from initiation to completion, including collateral management and annual reviews of all clients with credit facilities. Cultivate trust, credibility, and confidence with Agricultural and Business Clients.Qualifications
