Act as a central advisory figure for clients, ensuring timely processing of credit applications. Expand and sustain a portfolio of high-value Premium Business Segment relationships by engaging in a proactive, mobile, and value-driven financial partnership. Maintain a profound understanding of clients' businesses through regular interactions, including visits to their operational sites. Provide personalized attention to deliver a comprehensive range of customized financial solutions that align with the growth aspirations and potential of clients within the portfolio. Implement effective relationship management strategies aimed at maximizing client profitability and enhancing value to the bank by accurately evaluating the client's current and prospective financial standing. Ensure client satisfaction across the assigned portfolio through thorough needs assessments and solution-oriented outcomes. Utilize client value chain analysis to identify customer needs and deploy appropriate banking and financial solutions. Conduct in-depth financial analyses of annual financial statements, management accounts, and cash flow forecasts. Prepare and advocate for agricultural and business finance applications, effectively presenting cases to relevant lending committees. Oversee the credit process from initiation to completion, including collateral management and annual reviews of all clients with credit facilities. Build trust, credibility, and confidence with agricultural and business clients.Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of experience in the following areas or similar:
Financial Management, Financial Accounting, or Management Accounting roles. Relationship Management, Credit Analyst, or Financial Analyst roles in Business Banking. Knowledge or experience in Agriculture.Additional Information
