Job Title: Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Profile Personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve business growth and hit sales targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and performance monitoring
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and partnership
  • Present sales reports and forecasts to the management team, identifying emerging markets and market shifts
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in a related field is preferred
  • 3-5 years' experience in a management role, with sales and marketing experience essential
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise, with excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
