Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field in Organizational Psychology.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR-related technology platforms.
