Risk Management and Quality AssuranceImplement policies and procedures to mitigate HR-related risks and ensure the safety and well-being of employees. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements- Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field in Organizational Psychology.
ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Skills and QualificationsProficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR-related technology platforms.
