  • Operational Management: Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurants in the area, adhering to our brand standards and growing the company from a market share and profit perspective.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and ensure adherence to financial policies, processes, and budgets, reporting operational and financial risk to senior management.
  • Marketing and Business Development: Assist in developing and implementing plans and strategies for growth within the area, identifying property opportunities, and working with the COO to drive business growth.
  • People Management: Identify, develop, and retain talent, direct and coordinate activities of staff in the area to ensure operational excellence, and work with HR and Training staff to manage employee grievances and discipline.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 and tertiary qualification in General Management, Food & Beverage, or Hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in operational management, financial management, marketing, and people management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective plans and strategies.
