About the Role:

Shorza Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Sandton. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and service providers via phone and other communication channels.
  • Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction and first call resolution rates.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • High energy and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Zendesk experience is a must.
