Senior Manager, Regional ABM Strategy Lead
About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy in the Middle East and Africa region. As a key member of our global ABM center of excellence, you will be responsible for executing our ABM methodology and driving engagement with our key growth clients in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs aligned to NTT DATA regional business priorities, working closely with country marketing teams and collaborating with campaigns CoE and Divisions.
- Work with business leadership, CMO MEA, MEA marketing team and Global CoE on the identification and prioritisation of key accounts and cluster campaigns based on client insights.
- Develop tailored messaging to position NTT DATA appropriately in the minds of stakeholders, working with account teams, subject matter experts and centers of excellence/agency partners where applicable.
- Support the right ABM approach and tactics for global campaign and brand initiatives, leveraging existing marketing assets and programmes creatively to meet the specific needs of the account.
- Set measurable objectives for ABM programs that align with our global marketing KPIs and can be traced to demonstrate ABM adoption and performance in achieving business goals.
- Effectively manage marketing budgets to execute ABM activities with a positive return on investment.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of NTT DATA's strategy and business model, including the levers that make the company commercially successful.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams to achieve objectives.
- A customer-centric view, bringing together the whole of NTT DATA for the benefit of the customer.
- Strong program management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including hybrid working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.
