Job Title: Business Development Manager

At Deka Minas Pty Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our market presence in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Business Development: Identify, engage, and secure new clients across target industries to expand our market presence.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored pigment solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and emerging markets within the pigment sector.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with prospective clients to secure profitable contracts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met with a high level of service and product quality.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the pigment, chemical, or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of pigment applications and solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in developing new business and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and strong negotiation and communication skills.
