Business Development Manager Job Description

Numeral XII (Pty) Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to sales team members to improve sales performance and skills.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Matric certificate.
  • Degree or diploma in Business or Sales Management.
  • At least 3 years of solid sales experience.
  • 3 years of experience in managing a team.
  • Experience in the credit analysis industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with telephone and computer technology.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
