Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at HR Genie. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • People: Build and maintain strong relationships with wealth advisors to drive practice growth and implement plans for success.
  • Legal: Assist in arranging legal agreements between business partners and integrating contract requirements with internal business operations.
  • Administrative: Monitor and report on sales, operations, and profitability, and ensure timely reporting to advisors on their business growth.
  • Technology: Apply systems and processes to obtain, coordinate, and apply product-specific information in CRM and CIS.
  • Growth: Drive growth strategy as set out in VCP.
  • Marketing: Facilitate the development of marketing and communication materials and monitor correct application.
  • Sales: Ensure revenue, AUA, and GWP growth through advisor business and other advisor-related initiatives.

Requirements: A CA or Marketing degree, CFP, and RE 1 and RE 5 (advantageous) qualifications, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry and sales/marketing/business development environment.
