Office Operations Coordinator

The Talent Room in George invites applications for a Business Process Assistant position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our business processes, ensuring seamless operation, and contributing to our growth and success. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Support Business Processes: Assist in implementing and maintaining efficient business processes, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Provide Administrative Support: Offer support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Data Management: Accurately input and update data in our systems, maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact between employees, clients, and external partners, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
Estimated Salary: R120,000 - R150,000 per annum.
