**Job Overview**

Arvo is seeking a skilled Logistics and Administrative Coordinator to join their team in George. This role is responsible for coordinating daily logistics operations, managing customer files, and ensuring quality control in plant dispatches.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Logistics Coordination: Plan and monitor daily delivery schedules, including both local and export shipments, to ensure timely and efficient distribution of products.
  • Customer Relations: Maintain and manage customer files, providing exceptional customer service and handling complaints professionally.
  • Quality Control: Oversee quality control processes for plant dispatches, ensuring the highest standards are met and records are kept accurately.
  • Administration: Handle general administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, and assisting with office-related duties.
  • Logistics Support: Provide support for logistics operations, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are in place for smooth delivery and operations.

**Qualifications & Experience Required**

  • Education: Minimum of Grade 12 (Matric). A Logistics Diploma/Degree is beneficial.
  • Experience: Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role. Previous office administration experience is essential. Experience in the agriculture sector is advantageous.
  • Skills: Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software. Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams effectively.
  • License: A valid driver's license is required.
