Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in maintaining and developing relationships with our clients and consolidating our presence on the local market. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for actively promoting our new international project, expanding and consolidating our presence in the assigned territory, and maintaining and developing our relationship with signed partners to increase their performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Actively promote our new international project to existing and potential partners.
- Expand and consolidate our presence in the assigned territory through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
- Client Relationship Management
- Maintain and develop our relationship with signed partners to increase their performance and satisfaction.
- Provide system training and support to existing and new partners.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
- Communicate effectively with partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
- Market Analysis and Reporting
- Provide market and competitive environment analysis to inform business development strategies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting to track business development progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Experience
- Relevant experience in business development, account management, or a related field, ideally with 2-5 years of experience in the travel industry.
- Skills
- Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, and comfortable with fast-changing business environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data-driven decision-making.
- International mindset, with the ability to understand and work across a wide range of cultural contexts.
- Fluent in English, with other languages a plus.
