Business Development Executive

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Ashton Personnel. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new sales strategies.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets;
- Manage a team of sales professionals to ensure effective performance and growth;
- BUILD strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive sales and customer retention;

**Requirements:**
