About the Role

We are seeking a Client Success Manager to join our team and drive business growth through effective client relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account servicing, with experience working on cross-functional teams and managing budgets.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. They will also have a deep understanding of digital marketing and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to drive business results.

Key responsibilities will include leading client projects, supervising and managing account teams, and ensuring a constructive and creative operating environment. The role will also involve financial responsibility, including revenue target achievement and budget management.
