- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to drive repeat business.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, laws, and regulations, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new clients and deliver exceptional onboarding experiences.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions to optimize contract administration processes.
- Ensure timely reporting and adherence to company procedures.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in contract law, including JBC, NEC, and FEDIC.
- Demonstrated ability to manage contracts and lead high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and implement effective solutions.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as contract management systems.
