**Job Overview**
Capitec is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our Business Banking team in a geographical region. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement tactical sales plans, objectives, and targets for the region.
- Manage and lead a Business Banking team to ensure optimisation and achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Analyse external market dynamics and apply conceptual thinking to recognise and execute appropriate tactical responses.
- Harness full range of functional and support capabilities to drive sales and client interactions.
**Requirements:**
- 5-8 years' experience in a business or retail banking environment managing an operational function with a large provincial spread.
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing a national or regional team of approximately 40 employees within a business or retail environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Business Management.
