Job Overview

The Up&Up Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Client Manager - Advertising to join our team. As a key member of our account management department, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and leading a team in both work-from-home and work-from-office environments.

Your primary responsibility is to drive the day-to-day client management with strategic influence on fast-paced accounts. You will work on several campaigns from inception to delivery, across all projects, and maintain impeccable presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and lead a team.
  • Develop project plans and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Interpret client business requirements into clear creative output through briefs.
  • Ensure effective communication with clients and maintain tight deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
  • 3-5 years' experience as an Account Director (big agency experience preferable).
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, social media, and technical production requirements.
  • Qualifications:
  • Matric certificate with college or university exemption (Marketing or Advertising qualification).
  • Project Management Course.
