Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team in Pretoria West and Sunderland Ridge. As a representative of Würth South Africa Co. (Pty) Ltd, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with our customers and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Target achievement through effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Servicing current customers according to predetermined schedules and updating customer information as required.
  • Developing new business opportunities through networking and cold calls.
  • Collections and credit control for timely payment from customers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience in the metal industry or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the metal industry is an advantage.
  • Key account management experience will be beneficial.
  • Matric or equivalent qualification.
  • Licence to operate a vehicle with no endorsements.
  • South African citizenship.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Afrikaans is an advantage.
  • No disciplinary records or criminal charges.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They must also be results-driven and able to meet targets.
