Job Overview

Salesworx, a leading provider of IVF Laboratory equipment, is seeking a talented Sales Development Representative to join their high-performing sales team in the Gauteng region.

Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our dealer network. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing dealer sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Managing dealer performance and providing ongoing support to ensure their success
  • Collaborating with dealers to develop sales and marketing plans, and providing product training to enhance their sales capabilities
  • Identifying opportunities for dealer network expansion and developing strategies to achieve growth
  • Providing weekly sales planning and reporting to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Supporting dealers in their sales processes and monitoring market and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
  • Building strong relationships with dealers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service
  • Attending to daily quotations and leads within 24 hours and following up on quotations within 48 hours
  • Loading leads, quotes, and clients onto Reddot and updating opportunities on Reddot
  • Participating in tenders and attending industry events and dealer meetings to build relationships and stay informed about industry developments

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of Grade 12 (Matric) is required, and a relevant degree or diploma is an advantage
  • Any medical and marketing qualifications would be a definite advantage

Experience:

  • Medical experience is a preference, and previous experience in a similar position would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of the target group of customers will be an advantage
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel (level 2 at least) and MS Word, is a requirement
  • Clinical and product knowledge will be a definite advantage
  • Existing relationships with the customer base will be a definite advantage

Estimated Salary

R 250,000 - R 300,000 per annum, depending on experience
