Role Overview

The Retail Business Consultant plays a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) to promote targeted solutions, ultimately driving business growth and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in continuous and consistent communication with IFAs and their practices to foster strong relationships.
• Conduct thorough analysis of the targeted IFA, competitor environment, and operational landscape to inform strategic decisions.
• Respond to queries with excellence and provide timely feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to retain IFAs and promote relevant products.
• Analyze and monitor activities to exceed sales targets and achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with Risk and Saving IFAs in a structured, professional, and effective manner.

Expected Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of tertiary education or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant sales and communication experience, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Strong product knowledge and experience working with financial products is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
