Sales and Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team at Oxyon People Solutions. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with dealerships and service centers.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our company's products and services to dealerships and service centers, as well as identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth. This role involves traveling extensively throughout the region, therefore a valid driver's license is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Secure new business from dealerships through effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Facilitate growth of installations at service centers by providing product information and training.
- Follow up on existing and prospective clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Conduct client presentations and engage in business-to-business sales.
- Penetrate new markets and areas to increase sales revenue.
- Resolve queries and accounts in a timely and professional manner.
- Achieve sales and operational targets set by management.
- Provide exceptional client service to both existing and prospective clients.
- Administer sales contracts and maintain accurate records.
- Complete weekly activity reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain point of sale materials at dealerships and service centers.
- Achieve set call rates and meet sales targets for assigned projects.
- Conduct monthly stock takes at service centers to ensure inventory levels are accurate.
- Convert demo accounts and administer related tasks.
- Maintain dealer files and update records as necessary.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Matric and a minimum of 1 year sales experience in a dealer/fitment center environment or 3 years overall sales experience.
- Proficiency in MS-Office.
- Excellent presentation skills and dealer liaison experience.
- A valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
R120 000 - R180 000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
