Administrative Coordinator for Client Success

Job Title: Client Success Administrator
Description:
TalentCru is seeking an experienced Client Success Administrator to provide administrative support to the Client Success team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate documentation is attached to invoices and scanned for payroll purposes;
- Assist clients with financial services related products;
- Support operations with preparation of documentation for clients;
- Complete site-specific reports for operations;
- Conduct compliance audits of files using a checklist;
- Deliver invoices timeously and obtain proof of delivery and record keeping thereof;
- Draft information/reports on request;
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements, SOP's and corporate governance;
- Process payroll related transactions including COID, Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Family Responsibility leave;
- Process Time and Attendance via payroll input sheets or automation;
- Ensure timely resolution of client invoice queries in liaison with Credit Control and/or escalated as necessary;
- Ensure client service delivery to meet or exceed expectations;
- Continuously follow up and engage with clients and Credit Control to ensure timely payment and adherence to payment terms;
- Participate as a team member to ensure effective and efficient service delivery and execution of specified tasks.
