Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at iStaff Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project managers and technical principles, ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Project Administration and Coordination: Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and ISO standards, maintain up-to-date contractor documentation, and prepare purchase orders, letters of appointment, and request for quotations/approvals.
* Tendering and Documentation: Prepare draft construction tenders with technical input, create pre-evaluation schedules and format bills of quantities, and maintain a library of project specifications.
* Reporting and Monitoring: Compile close-out reports, monthly progress reports, and EPWP labor monitoring, format technical proposals, inception/design reports, and PSC reports, and schedule, edit, and submit project minutes (main and technical).

Requirements

* Grade 12
* At least 6 years experience working in a consulting engineering firm
* Experience from the Built Environment
* Knowledge of: FIDIC Contracts & agreements, NEC4 ECC Contracts, PMBOK Terminology
* Proficient on Adobe Acrobat
