We are seeking a highly organized and disciplined Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional support to clients and the crew
- Coordinate diaries and bookings efficiently
- Assess briefs and deliverable matches to ensure timely completion
- Prepare jobs, costing sheets, and quotes with accuracy
- Manage deadlines for client requirements with precision
- Collect and collate supplier invoices against jobs
- Prepare supplier and client reports for the CVO
- Collect stock requirements to present to the CVO
- Perform general office administration duties
- Matric qualification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in CRM systems, with ZOHO and Xero being advantageous
