A global workplace solutions company, TalentCru, offers diverse talent management solutions. A customer-oriented Client Success Administrator is needed in Western Cape to provide administrative support to the Client Success team on site.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing original invoices with correct backing documentation for delivery and payroll purposes;
  • Assisting Assignees with Financial Services related products;
  • Preparing documentation for assignees with operations;
  • Completing site-specific reports for operations;
  • Conducting compliance audits of files using a checklist;
  • Delivering invoices timeously and obtaining proof of delivery with proper record keeping;
  • Drafting information/reports on request;
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements, SOPs, and corporate governance;
  • Providing accurate payroll data processed within deadline to the Client Success team;
  • Maintaining assignee files with scanned documentation uploaded onto Axapta (FTC updated with annexure A, licenses as required);
  • Processing payroll related transactions, including COID, Annual Leave, Sick Leave, and Family Responsibility leave;
  • Processing Time and Attendance via payroll input sheets or automation;
  • Addressing client invoice queries timeously in liaison with Credit Control and/or escalating as necessary;
  • Ensuring own understanding and adherence to client service delivery to meet or exceed expectations;
  • Following up and engaging with clients and Credit Control to ensure invoices are paid timeously and within payment terms;
  • Participating as a team member for effective and efficient service delivery and task execution.
