  • Manage and set performance targets for Regional Sales Management and Consultants
  • Develop and implement a regional sales strategy in alignment with broader business goals
  • Build and nurture strategic business partnerships
  • Oversee online and offline sales activities, ensuring effectiveness of promotions, sales materials, and publicity efforts
  • Monitor sales performance through detailed analysis of distribution effects, market trends, and data interpretation

**Requirements:**

  • Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • 8-10 years of experience in a similar senior sales management position
  • Knowledge of the office product industry
  • Experience with QlikView for data analytics and reporting
  • Strong negotiation skills, customer relationship management, and ability to manage sales metrics, KPIs, and budgets

**Salary:** R1,200,000 - R1,500,000 per annum (depending on experience)
