Job description

ARDE is a US-based nationwide provider of after-school enrichment classes. While most vendors have 1-2 types of classes, ARDE has a diverse roster of over 15 enrichment programs, including Architecture, Acting, Dance, MUN, Martial Arts, Parkour, Yoga, Chess, Soccer, and others. The company prides itself on selecting only the highest-rated programs and on recruiting the most experienced teachers. Our clients include some of the highest-rated private and public schools in America. Considering a fast-growing demand for quality enrichment programs, ARDE is presented with a great market opportunity for nationwide expansion.

In 2024 ARDE is looking to bring its awesome programs to several new regions within the US

**Role description**:
The role is ideal for well-rounded business professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit. A background in sales, recruitment, and staff scheduling management is a big plus. As a Partnerships Director, you will be engaged in all aspects of the business: strategic planning, lead generation, sales/marketing, scouting talented teachers, scheduling, fulfillment, account management, invoicing, etc. In essence, you will be running a US-based business remotely.

In the Spring, you will mainly focus on sales/marketing.

In the Summer, your main task would be scouting great teachers for the upcoming school year

In the Fall, you will be heavily involved in customer success/fulfillment/staff management

In the Winter, it is usually a mix of all of the above (Spring, Summer, Fall processes).

This cycle repeats indefinitely.

As you can see, the job will never be static, repetitive and boring.

**A great passive income opportunity**:
Once you sell some classes and staff your programs with teachers for the whole year, the role requires a rather limited number of hours, if any, to support the operations.

Therefore you’ll be able to comfortably have another part-time or even full-time job (at least, at the beginning of your journey with ARDE) while working part-time on building your fortune in the form of passive income generated from the programs you will be managing.

The idea is that you would be able to gradually build up your passive income and quit your other job soon if you choose to.

**Work Schedule/Hours**:
The business is seasonal and there are periods when ARDE is extremely busy

(Fall) and periods when the programs we service are closed (Summer). This provides a unique level of freedom and flexibility. In any case, you can make your own schedule, and travel all year round, if you choose to do so. The position is fully remote.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Experience in customer success/fulfillment management is a big plus
- Experience building and managing schedules of distributed on-the-ground teams is a plus
- Experience working with schools is a plus
- Experience managing part-time teaching staff is a big plus, but not a requirement
- Proficiency with contemporary online CRM, project management, etc. tools is a plus
- Setting sales/account retention goals and achieving them
- Ability to implement ARDE’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Understanding of the sales management process
- Understanding of the account management process

**Commission/Revenue Sharing**:
You will be eligible to earn a percentage of the revenue generated from a US-based business location under your management. Unlike many of the commission structures that pay a percentage from gross profit, with ARDE you act more like a partner with a revenue-sharing agreement.

Your Commission/Revenue Sharing potential is based on many outcomes:
1. The number of schools you will be working with.

2. The number of classes you will be providing in total.

3. The number of students that will be enrolled in all the classes you manage.
