Job Description

We have an opening for a Technical Support Specialist in our Customer Support Department.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting end-users with technical issues, troubleshooting and escalating calls to the relevant departments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with technical queries via phone or email
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Evaluate and escalate complex technical problems to senior engineers

About Us

Spinnaker Software is a leading provider of IT services in the retail industry, supporting clients 24/7. Our team works shifts between 06:30 and 23:00, and we require candidates to be punctual, reliable and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of basic computer hardware and software
