Assistant Front Office Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team at Staff Unlimited Recruitment. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and reception area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring that all guests and staff are greeted and assisted in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and handle all front office tasks efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage the front office administrative tasks, including bookkeeping, reservations, and clerical duties.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including maintenance and housekeeping, to ensure that all guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school degree or equivalent; or certification in management in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of previous experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager or a related role preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel); solid customer service skills; excellent leadership, team building, and management skills.
