We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Ingenious Personnel Holdings. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front desk, and supporting the administrative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls, take and pass on messages, and handle customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Reception Management: Greet and direct visitors, suppliers, and customers at the reception, and ensure a warm and welcoming environment.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Admin Department with daily tasks, manage courier deliveries, oversee meeting and training room bookings, coordinate refreshments for meetings with housekeeping, and keep the company's phone list updated and manage switchboard settings.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Grade 12 / Matric qualification and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and environment, with exposure to general office administration tasks.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, and experience with Kerridge software would be an advantage.
