Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic individual with exceptional sales skills to develop new business opportunities for commercial print, grow sales of corporate clothing range, actively sell marketing materials, media and related products, cross and upsell product ranges, implement effective sales strategies and activities, find and develop client solutions that will lead to sales, meet monthly and annual sales targets, prepare and deliver client presentations, complete sales reports, handle client liaison, and execute administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Penetrate the market to develop new business opportunities for commercial print
- Grow sales of corporate clothing range
- Sell marketing materials, media, and related products
- Cross-sell and upsell product ranges
- Implement effective sales strategies and activities
- Find and develop client solutions leading to sales
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare and deliver client presentations
- Complete sales reports
- Handle client liaison and administrative responsibilities
Requirements:
- Matric qualification or equivalent, preferably with a post-Matric qualification in Sales
- Successful track record in sales, preferably in print and labelling (advantage)
- Computer literacy in Word and Excel, high level of numeracy
- Self-motivated, energetic, persistent hunter who can identify and secure new business
- Strong customer service orientation, ability to develop strategic customer relationships
- Sound interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal staff at all levels
- Ability to work according to strict deadlines
- Professional appearance
- Competent in independently planning and managing own sales initiatives
- Methodical, analytical approach, fanatical attention to detail
- Passion for selling and exceeding customer expectations
- Experience selling to the agricultural sector (advantage)
- Own reliable transport, valid driver's license
Estimated Salary: R450,000 - R550,000 per annum
