Drive Revenue Growth in the IT Sector
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team at West Coast Personnel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the IT sector to drive revenue growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies and enhance service delivery.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to inform management and support decision-making.
Requirements:
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record as a Sales Representative, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and market trends.
Preferred Attributes:
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
