Job Description:

Cipla seeks a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed personal sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, including medical professionals, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
  • Assist in financial management to control expenses and optimize sales performance
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Relevant diploma or degree in a related field
