Front Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Marriott International. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front office operations, and leading a team of front desk staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide professional and excellent customer service to guests
* Manage front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
* Lead and motivate a team of front desk staff to achieve exceptional customer service standards
* Ensure compliance with Marriott International and Westin Brand Policies and Procedures
* Develop and implement strategies to improve front office operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in a similar position within a 5-star environment
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a pressurized environment and make sound decisions quickly
* Experience in IR management and disciplinary processes
* Ability to work without supervision and within a team
* Extensive working knowledge in MS Office and OPERA
