Job Title: Front Office Duty Manager

As a Front Office Duty Manager at AccorHotel, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations in our hotel. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, effective communication, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage guest complaints and implement recovery plans to minimize revenue loss and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Front Office team to maintain high standards of service delivery and guest experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive online feedback and guest questionnaires to improve service quality.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to promote our hotel's services and amenities.
  • Ensure compliance with AccorHotel's policies and procedures, including the Leading Hotels of the World and ALL Loyalty standards.
  • Model the Organisational Values, Code of Ethics, and Organisational Code of Conduct.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • A Hospitality Management diploma/degree is advantageous.
  • At least 3 years of management experience, preferably in a 5-star environment.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Opera Cloud.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and fluency in a foreign language is advantageous.
  • Proven abilities in guest relations, sales, time and workflow management, guest satisfaction, effective decision-making, conflict resolution, interpersonal communication, and service delivery.
