About This Role

This position plays a critical role in overseeing specialty sales deployments within a designated geographic area.

The ideal candidate will ensure that marketing materials and tools are effectively deployed to drive sales and meet customer needs.

Ongoing responsibilities include maintaining existing deployments and implementing new sales strategies.

This work lays the foundation for increasing originations and partnering with new businesses, fostering strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure seamless sales deployment and maintenance aligned with our best practices.
  2. Achieve assigned sales and deployment targets in the designated area, driving productivity growth and market expansion.
  3. BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH MERCHANTS TO ENSURE ACCOUNT HEALTH AND PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR CONVERSION TO OUR PLATFORM.
  4. TRAIN SALES TEAMS, PROMOTE MARKETING MATERIALS, AND ACTIVATE INCENTIVE CAMPAIGNS AT DEPLOYMENT TOUCH POINTS.
  5. DEVELOP DATA-DRIVEN STRATEGIES TO BOOST SALES IN THE DESIGNATED AREA THROUGH MARKET AND COMPETITION ANALYSIS.
  6. IDENITFY NEW BUSINESS PARTNERS, ENSURING REQUIREMENTS ARE MET AND ACTIVATING THEM ONCE AUTHORIZED.
  7. Maintain accurate customer database records and track all interactions and sales made.
  8. Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to management.
Requirements
  1. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance.
  2. Experience in Customer Service, Software Sales, mobile devices, or Field in telecommunications.
  3. Effective interpersonal and communication skills for relationship-building and training.
  4. Attributes like proactivity, organization, and resilience are crucial for success.
  5. Strong analytical and negotiation skills are necessary for managing store performance and sales.
  6. Able to travel for store visits, requiring a personal vehicle.
