Sales Development Manager

This role plays a key part in helping us achieve our goal of delivering outstanding results through effective commercial partnership management.
The Junior Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the sales strategy per customer in alignment with Reckitt Benckiser's strategic objectives.
The role requires close cross-functional interaction with various departments, including trade marketing, planning, marketing, logistics, finance, and IS.
About the RoleThe Junior Key Account Manager's primary responsibility is to manage the customer relationship on an ongoing basis, ensuring the customer's needs are met and exceeded.
The role involves developing and implementing the sales strategy per customer, as well as managing promotional activities and customer negotiations.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to think critically, and excellent communication skills.
Your Responsibilities- Develop and implement the sales strategy per customer, in alignment with Reckitt Benckiser's strategic objectives.
- Manage customer negotiations in relation to Reckitt Benckiser commercial strategy and the customer trading terms.
- Implement and manage the category strategy per customer.
- Develop customer new product launch plans and ensure successful implementation.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of categories.
