About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Strategist to join our team at SA Sales Fraternity. The ideal candidate will have excellent market knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and developing strategies to increase sales revenue in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Share and Growth:
  • Contribute to increased lead generation and sales performance by participating in the development and realization of sales, marketing, and financial strategies in the region of responsibility.
  • Explore new potential customers and refer issues to executive management as needed.
  • Pipeline Growth and Deal Conversion:
  • Maintain and manage strategic targets of opportunities to expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Quote-to-Deal Conversion:
  • Region Performance Management: Be a brand ambassador for the company and its products.
  • Manage dealers in the respective region by setting objectives, coaching, and monitoring sales region qualified opportunities averages and turnover from quote to deal phase.
  • Complete target agreements and qualitative and quantitative commitments with dealers.
