About the Role
Corteva Agriscience is seeking a skilled Agricultural Sales Professional to join our team in Limpopo and Mpumalanga. As a key member of our Southern African sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the commercial team to achieve financial goals and maximize product sales by providing high-quality service in your territory.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Supporting sales of existing products
- Providing high-quality technical product information and training
- Executing company and territory strategic plans and distribution strategies
- Influencing crop advisors who represent our distributors
- Implementing marketing plans
- Monthly product forecasting
- Attending key industry field days and study groups
- Participating in product portfolio management teams
- Assisting the national team in launching new products over the next couple of years
Requirements
- Postgraduate qualification in Agricultural Science or similar
- Three to five years' experience in crop protection-related business
- Sound understanding of agricultural farming systems
- Some sales experience
- Good communication and relationship development skills
- Valid driver's license required
