**Key Role Summary**

As a seasoned Key Account Manager at Top Talent Professional Services, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key retail clients within your portfolio. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth, improve revenue, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with key retail clients, identifying business opportunities and developing strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of sales solutions and business initiatives.
  • Analyze and interpret sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to enhance business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Requirements:
    • BCom degree or similar.
    • 5+ years of experience in client relationship management and key account management in retail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
