German Speaking Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk with fluent German skills to join our team in a challenging role.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage and Monitor Accounts Receivable Ledger: Accurately maintain and monitor accounts receivable ledgers, ensuring timely payments and resolving any discrepancies.
- Process and Reconcile Invoices: Effectively process and reconcile invoices, communicating with clients as necessary to resolve billing issues and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Clients Communication: Communicate effectively with German-speaking clients, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Prepare and Distribute Reports: Prepare and distribute regular accounts receivable reports, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in Month-End Closing Activities: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end closing activities.
- Finance Team Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team to identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluent German and English Skills: Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both German and English.
- Finance Qualification: Relevant finance qualification or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts receivable.
- Accounting Knowledge: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
