About the RoleAs a Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to resolve their issues.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat
- Conduct research to provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong product knowledge and computer skills
