**Job Summary:**

EXL Service is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a key member of our insurance support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Analyze and address complex customer inquiries and concerns regarding insurance benefits.
  • Record all interactions, transactions, and complaints, and take appropriate action.
  • Elevate unresolved grievances to ensure timely resolutions.

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a contact center environment.
  • A basic understanding of insurance concepts.

**Benefits Package: We offer a competitive salary and benefits package that includes access to ongoing training and development opportunities.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be between R160,000 and R200,000 based on industry standards and location.
