We are seeking a highly skilled Capital Growth Sales Expert to drive sales and revenue growth for our Capital specific products across various industries.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a specific territory, developing strategic sales plans, and collaborating with the sales and service teams to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our team at Capital Recruit and contribute to our success in the financial industry. As a Capital Growth Sales Expert, you will play a critical role in promoting and selling our Capital specific products to B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with the sales and service teams in Cash Connect, Card Connect, and EasyPay Money Market divisions to ensure alignment of strategies and initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Provide support to other territories as needed, ensuring the successful implementation of Capital specific products and services.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop innovative sales strategies.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to a diverse range of audiences, showcasing the value of our Capital specific products.
  • Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to expand your professional network and increase brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that highlight the unique features and benefits of our Capital specific products.
  • Continuously improve your product knowledge and stay current with regulatory requirements, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in selling credit to B2B clients, with a strong understanding of business finance.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the banking industry preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, with a focus on Capital specific products or services.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to quickly understand complex financial products and services.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation and reporting.
  • Excellent relationship building skills, with a focus on establishing trust and credibility with clients and partners.
  • Strong critical thinking abilities, with the capacity to analyze information, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop effective solutions.
  • Outstanding presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and other sales and productivity tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support other territories and attend industry events.
