Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate the quantity and costs of materials
  • Prepare contracts and documents

You will work as a liaison between clients and site managers/engineers, keeping track of construction materials and inventory while identifying potential financial or construction risks. A successful candidate should have a BSc/BTech in Quantity Surveying, with 5-10 years of experience on large building projects commercial and residential. Proficiency in Construction Costing Software (CCS) and MS Office Suite is essential, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
