Key Responsibilities:

A seasoned New Business Development Manager is required to spearhead new business initiatives for our esteemed client in the salvage disposal sector.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Maintain and expand existing client relationships
  • Contract negotiation and management
  • Onboard new suppliers and provide necessary training
  • Manage stakeholders and ensure seamless project delivery

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Matric certification
  • NQF 7 qualification in Business or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, sales, marketing, and/or automotive sector in a medium to large company
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
  • Strong contract negotiation and marketing skills
  • Knowledge of SOPs, automotive sector, health and safety compliance, and project management

  • Strong problem-solving, analysis, and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail, resilience, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
