Salvage and Disposals Business Growth Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
A seasoned New Business Development Manager is required to spearhead new business initiatives for our esteemed client in the salvage disposal sector.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Maintain and expand existing client relationships
- Contract negotiation and management
- Onboard new suppliers and provide necessary training
- Manage stakeholders and ensure seamless project delivery
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Matric certification
- NQF 7 qualification in Business or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, sales, marketing, and/or automotive sector in a medium to large company
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- Strong contract negotiation and marketing skills
- Knowledge of SOPs, automotive sector, health and safety compliance, and project management

- Excellent communication and computer literacy
- Strong problem-solving, analysis, and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail, resilience, and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
