Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at SPECD (Pty) Ltd. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and enhance our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to boost online engagement and expand audience reach.
  • Conduct data analyses to gain rich insights into online consumer behavior and inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and management team to design and deliver digital marketing plans that optimize our online reputation and drive business revenue.
  • Manage and optimize digital channels, including website, online booking engine, app, social media, blogs, and paid media.
  • Research and benchmark trends in digital marketing to ensure our online presence remains progressive and reflective of our brand.
  • Plan and manage the implementation of innovative marketing campaigns and experiences on various digital channels to elevate brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Coordinate and manage key sponsorship events and paid media campaigns.
  • Influence present and future content by determining and evaluating current and future market trends.
  • Oversee the planning of various digital displays, SEO/SEM, social, email, push, and mobile display advertising campaigns.
  • Benchmark and monitor performance across all digital channels and campaigns, making recommendations to improve future decision-making and spend.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with 4 years in the online sports betting environment.
  • Experience managing PPC and Adwords accounts, as well as experience with CPA, Revenue Share, CPC, and CPM models.
  • Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing plans, including SEO, Google Analytics, and digital paid media management.
  • Experience in monitoring digital trends and social media technologies pertinent to driving digital audience growth and engagement.
  • Track record in managing multiple projects on various levels with different and converging timelines.
Competencies:
  • Technical competency in digital marketing, including knowledge of our products and the sports betting context.
  • Digital acumen, online media/advertising buying, and proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS-Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe) and social media platforms.
  • Google and revenue reporting skills, project management, SEO best practices, and understanding of digital marketing trends.
  • Data analysis and business and financial acumen.
Package and Remuneration:
  • Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
