About the Role:

This dynamic opportunity involves optimizing and managing conversion rates for marketing campaigns. As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis and testing to identify effective strategies that improve acquisition conversions.

A successful Digital Marketing Strategist should showcase a proven track record of driving conversion improvements across various industries and possess a portfolio of successful campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing strategies aimed at increasing sales conversions.
  • Utilizing Digital Tools: Leverage digital marketing tools and platforms to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Providing Feedback: Offer feedback to the marketing team on sales funnels and conversion performance.
  • Campaign Management: Assist in creating and managing effective marketing campaigns.
  • Participating in Strategic Sessions: Actively participate in strategic marketing and digital profiling sessions.
  • Training and Development: Train marketing team members on conversion optimization techniques.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance metrics and ensure conversion rates are optimized.
  • Performance Testing: Conduct performance tests, including A/B testing, bottleneck analysis, and usability testing.
  • Reporting Results: Report on key performance indicators and explain conversion results to management.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Strategic Brand Communication.
  • Experience: Possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing conversion or digital marketing role.
  • Tools Proficiency: Be proficient in using tools like Google Analytics or HubSpot for conversion tracking.
  • CMS Experience: Have experience with Content Management Systems (CMSs) like WordPress.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Demonstrate a strong customer-centric and goal-driven mindset.
  • Conversion Enhancement Knowledge: Possess comprehensive knowledge of conversion enhancement practices, including copywriting, UX, and web analytics.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Showcase technical expertise in digital marketing.

Compensation: The estimated salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
