Payroll and HR Administration Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our payroll and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll management, including payroll practices and regulations across multiple African countries.
Key Responsibilities- Payroll Processing: Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate payroll tax calculations and reporting.
- Payroll Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed payroll reports for management and regulatory bodies.
- Contract Management: Manage employment contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Benefits and Leave Management: Administer employee benefits programs and manage leave policies.
- Time and Attendance Management: Oversee the tracking of employee attendance and working hours.
- Compensation, Benefits, and Time-Off Policy: Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies, including time-off management.
- Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with local laws and regulations.
- Advanced Degree: A Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
- Professional Certifications: Certifications such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) are advantageous.
- Additional HR Experience: Experience in broader HR functions beyond payroll, such as talent management, is a plus.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team and manage projects effectively.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to handle complex payroll calculations and reporting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
